Release and Realign - 4 Session Package

Service Description

For those ready to commit to their healing with greater consistency, we will have 4 sessions together over 8 weeks. We will meet bi-weekly in person or over zoom*, per your preference, with an email check in during integration weeks. This is a beautiful option for those with a specific ailment (physical or emotional) or intention they are working through, though a set goal is not necessary. Reiki will always meet you where you are, and as we dive in, whatever is ready for your attention will make itself known. During our time together stagnant energies will be released, your heart will expand and you will be opened to the potential for deep transformation and powerful activation. When you commit to tending to yourself in this way, the impact to your life is profound. We will choose before each meeting whether to work with Reiki or combine Reiki and Sound Healing.
