REIKI JOURNEY
This group Reiki journey is a heart-centered experience designed to ground, clear, and reconnect. We begin with a gently guided meditation, intentionally crafted to open the space and focus our collective energy. From there, Reiki is offered to the group—flowing where it’s needed, working with each participant exactly as they need at the time of our meeting.
This session is a beautiful opportunity to:
- Take a deeply restful pause from your daily bustle
- Let go of stagnant energy
- Open your heart space and connect to your inner world
- Feel supported in a safe, energetically protected container
- Explore Reiki—whether for the first time or as a familiar homecoming

No prior experience is necessary. Reiki will meet you where you are—whether you’re early on your path or well into your spiritual journey.​

SOUND BATH
You will be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, elemental Koshi chimes and various percussion instruments to bring you into a state of deep meditative relaxation. We will calm the mind and open the body to allow for profound release, activating your powerful heart center and restoring equilibrium in your whole being.
