Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle hands on technique that uses a light touch to evaluate and enhance the function of your craniosacral system - the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This work enhances the body's natural healing processes to improve the operation of the central nervous system, relieving deep tensions, reducing pain and improving whole-body health and performance.
These sessions are offered in person. Sessions take place fully clothed on a massage table.
