ReikI
Reiki refers to the technique itself and to the universal, healthy, cosmic energy that is channeled to facilitate healing and personal growth. Working with Reiki, energetic blocks are cleared and your Ki (life force) is brought back into healthy flow to restore balance in mind, body and soul. When your Ki is in healthy flow your body's natural healing intelligence is awakened and the body has space to do what it is built for, to heal and recover. These sessions are quiet, nourishing, expansive and deeply regulating. Reiki is offered as a space of rest and recalibration, where nothing is required of you except your presence. Reiki is for people of all ages and body types and can be a supportive treatment for any condition. Animal sessions are also available upon request.
These sessions are offered in person or remotely (via zoom). Sessions take place fully clothed on a massage table or in a comfortable space of your choosing when working remotely.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle hands on technique that uses a light touch to evaluate and enhance the function of your craniosacral system - the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This work enhances the body's natural healing processes to improve the operation of the central nervous system, relieving deep tensions, reducing pain and improving whole-body health and performance. CST is effective for people of all ages and body types and can be a supportive treatment for any condition.
These sessions are offered in person. Sessions take place fully clothed on a massage table.
A NOTE ON PRICING: Having recently added CranioSacral Therapy to my offerings I am eager to share this work and confident in it's efficacy. I am also conscious of the fact that I am at the beginning of my journey with this modality. As I deepen my skills, so does the value of each session — I invite you to experience this evolution with me. Pricing will increase gradually — starting at $20, every 10 sessions I complete, the rate will increases by $10 until I reach my target of $160. This is a beautiful opportunity to receive meaningful and accessible hands-on care while supporting my work.
