Reiki refers to the technique itself and to the universal, healthy, cosmic energy that is channeled  to facilitate healing and personal growth. Working with Reiki, energetic blocks are cleared and your Ki (life force) is brought back into healthy flow to restore balance in mind, body and soul. When your Ki is in healthy flow your body's natural healing intelligence is awakened. These sessions are quiet, nourishing, expansive and deeply regulating. Reiki is offered as a space of rest and recalibration, where nothing is required of you except your presence. Sessions of 60 minutes or more include an intuitive energy read (with your consent).  

These sessions are offered in person or remotely (via zoom). Sessions take place fully clothed on a massage table (or in a comfortable space of your choosing when working remotely).
