Vibroacoustic Therapy

Vibroacoustic Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that promotes stress reduction, pain relief, regulated sleep and the improvement of overall well-being by stimulating the body at a cellular level. Receivers lie, fully clothed, on a Vibroacoustic table, a massage table equipped with transducers that deliver low-frequency sound waves directly into the body as vibrations to create a deeply relaxing and immersive healing experience. This work brings the receiver into a meditative state and activates the parasympathetic nervous system so that the body's own healing intelligence can come online. Vibroacoustic therapy facilitates brainwave entrainment, soothes the vagus nerve and gently supports the release of stored tension and emotions leading to an increased sense of peace, lightness, and overall well-being.
