Service Description

In this powerful journey, we will work together over 4 or 8 weeks. We will set intentions at the start of our time together and will collaborate throughout the process to refine and adjust as things unfurl. Each session will be specifically designed to support you and your goals, tailored to meet you wherever you are in each present moment and guiding you toward the version of yourself that you are ready to be. We will work with all of the modalities in my tool kit based on your needs. Like anything, the more consistently and intentionally you show up for yourself, the more profound your results will be. True healing and transformation require your active participation and it is my deep honor to guide and support you on this path as we soften your body, balance your energies and tend to the seeds of your heart so that you can bloom in full radiance. Some indications that you are ready for this work: - You are ready to commit to your healing and expansion with an open heart and an open mind - You are feeling stuck or blocked in some aspect of your life and are ready to make changes - You are ready to break unhealthy cycles or patters in your life - You are looking to be supported in an intention or goal that you are working toward - You are feeling called to show up for yourself in a heart centered way - You are ready to release stored traumas from your body to ease tensions and pains - You feel ready to step into your life's purpose with renewed clarity ​​ ​​ ​​* Sessions are 75 minutes long and will be booked over 4 or 8 consecutive weeks ​ ​​* Sessions can be conducted in person or via zoom​​​
