Reiki 1 - Group Training & Attunement

No prior experience is necessary, the only requirement is a curious mind and an open heart!

This level is open to anyone who feels called.

This is the initiatory level of Reiki. This stage of attunement is deeply personal, the opening of your relationship with Reiki. At this level, practice is intended for yourself, your environments (i.e. surroundings, personal items, food, drink, etc..), and intimate friends and family.

This training is available online or in-person.

In this training you will:

• Receive the energetic resonance adjustment for first degree Reiki energy, raising your personal frequency and permanently activating your ability to channel Reiki

• Learn about the history of this Reiki system, honoring those who paved the way for you 

• Learn the traditional Reiki principles, techniques and hand positions for self treatment

• Learn how to give Reiki to yourself, to other people, to animals and to plants, and more!

• Learn how to charge objects with Reiki

• Learn techniques for energetic clearing and protection​​​

• Two heart activating Reiki infused journeys to support your initiation.
