In this safe and supportive circle, we will connect to the energy of the Aries new moon to plant seeds for this next lunar cycle. This new moon holds potential for deep healing around wounds of identity and creating clarity around who you are so that you can move forward in your purpose and in your power.
Working with the magic of the moon & the explosive energy of Aries, Reiki, breath, sound and self-reflection we will reset your energies and connect to your inner world to support bringing your intentions into the material realm.
What to Expect :
• Discussion of the themes of the Aries New Moon and journal prompts to inspire self-reflection and growth
• Guided meditation with Reiki to soften and open your heart, release stagnant energies and support your intentions
• Sound Bath to refresh your nervous system and re-harmonize your body
