​​In this powerful container, we will work together over 7 weeks. We will set intentions at the start of our time together and will collaborate throughout the process to refine and adjust as things unfurl. Each session will be specifically designed to support you and your goals, tailored to meet you wherever you are in each present moment and guiding you toward the version of yourself that you are ready to be. We will work with all of the modalities in my tool kit based on your needs. Like anything, the more consistently and intentionally you show up for yourself, the more profound your results will be. True healing and transformation require your active participation and it is my deep honor to guide and support you on this path as we soften your body, balance your energies and tend to the seeds of your heart so that you can bloom in full radiance.
