Immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, elemental Koshi chimes, and various percussion instruments, you will enter a state of deep meditative relaxation. We will calm the mind and open the body to allow for profound release, activating your natural healing intelligence. A sense of equilibrium is created as you harmonize your mind, body, & soul.
