About the event
We will open with a specifically intentioned guided meditation to focus our collective energies, then supported by Reiki, you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, elemental Koshi chimes and various percussion instruments to bring you into a state of deep meditative relaxation. We will calm the mind and open the body to allow for profound release, activating your powerful heart center and restoring equilibrium in your whole being.
This session is a beautiful opportunity to:
